The serving size is one capsule 2x per day and the suggested use is one capsule in the morning (before breakfast) preferably 20-30 minutes after drinking a glass to a liter of water. Wait 30-60 minutes before eating or drinking or taking any other supplements. Take apart from any medications by at least 1 hour.

Take the second capsule in the afternoon on an empty stomach (between lunch and dinner). We recommend drinking plenty of room temperate water with the capsules (up to half a liter) and at least 2 liters of water per day.

It has been studied, designed and developed to achieve certain goals. Since we are dealing with quantum effects (i.e. non-linear effects) half the dose does not correspond to half the effect, but to no effect at all, or very little at best. With half the dose it becomes a really good, very expensive probiotic, but the relativistic time dilation does not kick in. On the flip side, a larger dose would not cause ‘better’ effects; nor would it be harmful.

Your IKF can be kept at room temperature for up to 18 months. You may also refrigerate it if you prefer.

Nutritional ketosis helps to maintain a well-balanced microbiome and, therefore, helps the microbes present inside Intracellular Klotho Formula perform their task with optimum results. The formula also amplifies the known healthy effects of a ketogenic diet by producing short-chain fatty acids such as acetate and butyrate that contribute to nutritional ketosis.

The variation in circulating Klotho level depends on the starting point. In general terms, however, we expect at least an initial increase of about 10% above the starting values.
